1. General Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking, cancellation timing, and the terms of our service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.). Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:

Refunds are subject to deductions for administrative fees, service charges, and applicable penalties imposed by third-party service providers.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.
Some bookings may be non-refundable or have different cancellation terms (e.g., last-minute bookings, discounted packages).

2. Cancellation and Refund Terms
A. Tour Packages
Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 90% refund (10% administrative charges apply).
Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellation 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
B. Hotel Bookings
Refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy. Some hotels may charge full cancellation fees.
No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
C. Flight & Transport Bookings
Flight refunds are subject to airline policies. Some tickets may be non-refundable or have change fees.
Refunds for private transport services depend on cancellation timing and vendor terms.
D. Trekking & Camping Packages
Cancellation 15 days or more before the trip: 75% refund.
Cancellation 7-14 days before the trip: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the trip: No refund.

3. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.)
Government-imposed travel restrictions
Pandemics or epidemics
Civil unrest or strikes
In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or provide credit for future bookings.

4. Refund Process

Processing Time – Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

5. No-Show & Early Departure Policy
No-shows (failure to check in on the booked date) are non-refundable.
If a traveler voluntarily leaves a trip early, no refund will be provided for unused services.

6. Changes & Amendments
If you wish to change your booking instead of canceling, we will assist in rescheduling based on availability. Additional charges may apply.
